Customer service was fantastic--very friendly employees.

Sleek, modern, clean, very comfortable and a very helpful and friendly staff. IMAX theater across the way for rainy days and lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room size fell short of expectations, with uninvited fruit flies buzzing around. A cockroach made an appearance near the bathroom, indicating cleanliness issues. The breakfast selection was limited, running out of several items on the second morning, and the back door security was questionable, always accessible without a key card. Bed linens and towels showed signs of previous use with stains, raising concerns about thorough cleaning standards.

Thank you, we would stay here again, enjoyed this hotel. The stuff is TOP-CLASS here, the services are amazing, and location is favourable next to local eateries, highway access and several restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart.
